Mute Nasal Dilators Review – Stop Snoring For Under $20

Disclaimer: I have no material relationship with the manufacturer of Mute Nasal Dilators and was not compensated for this post.

I have something embarrassing to share. I snore. It wasn’t always bad but as long as I can remember I’ve snored. For the past 5 years or so Summer has been trying to get me to do something about it. Recently it has gotten so bad that I couldn’t ignore it any longer. That has now changed thanks to Mute Nasal Dilators.

I was avoiding taking care of the problem because I thought my only solution was a CPAP machine. I have friends who love theirs but they aren’t cheap and look uncomfortable. The other solutions we looked at didn’t look promising either.

The other day I found a simple solution that costs under $20. I wasn’t planning on writing this post but both Summer and I are so happy with the change that I had to share it with you.

Mute Nasal Dilator for Snoring Reduction

We were at our local pharmacy a couple days ago and Summer insisted that we try something. There were several different products that seemed like they could work. After doing a bit of on the spot research we decided that the Mute Nasal Dilators looked like the best bet.

I bought the trial pack because it contains one of each size. I would recommend you do the same for the first set. Once you know the best size each pack contains 3 dilators and will last about a month.

Turns out I can wear either the small or medium but the medium was a slightly better fit. They are comfortable to wear and I had no problems falling asleep wearing them. The next couple nights were even better.

My Experience Wearing The Mute Nasal Dilators

As soon as I put them in it was much easier to breathe. I’ve never been aware of how hard I work to breathe while sleeping before. I know they are for snoring but I’m thinking I might try them out on my next run.

I’ve now been wearing my Nasal Dilators for the past 3 nights and Summer is very happy with the results. My snoring is almost gone and most of the night I don’t snore at all. Both Summer and I are sleeping much better now. In fact, I can’t remember a better night’s sleep. I actually wake up feeling rested now which is a very nice change.

I’ll admit I was skeptical that something that seemed so weird to me could actually work. So let me say that I was wrong. I was embarrassed about my snoring, now I’m embarrassed how long I waited to fix the problem. Do your household a favor and don’t wait as I did.

How To Properly Insert Mute Nasal Dilators

I didn’t have any problem inserting them comfortably but this was mentioned often in the Amazon reviews. So if you have any problem wearing them comfortably there is a short video that explains the process.

Have You Tried These Or Something Similar?

These are the first product that has worked for me and I love them. I would love to hear from you if you have tried them as well. If you have a similar product to recommend I would love to hear about that as well.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I hope that this has helped you to stop snoring and get a better night’s sleep. If it has, please share it with your social networks. If you want more information on getting a great night’s sleep, check out 8 Natural Tips for a Perfect Night’s Sleep.
